BIOGRAPHY

     My name is Dr. Cliff Shapiro. I graduated as a Chiropractic Physician in 1978 and went back to school to achieve my Masters in Business (MBA) in 2006 and Ph.D in Counseling in 2008.

     I determined early on that I did not have the financial ability to wait the 5 years that it takes to build my practice or start my life. I knew that I had to become a success from the very first day or face the consequences of failure. I observed most health care practices, and other businesses, employ tried and true methods to achieve marginal success…they wait for people to come to them, they use dated advertising methods, they tell people that they would like referrals…and they wait.

     They wait for old methods to bring new results. This never happens. Doing things the same old way gets the same old results!!

     I determined that I would institute LEADERSHIP skills to “shake things up” in my practice…after all, this is reflective of my life. I did not want to be the best Doctor that very few people ever heard of. Remember, 90 % of all the success generated in any business is done by 10 % of the people in the business. I was committed to being in the top tier of this elite 10 %.

     Within a few months I was generating a profit. A short time later I was on a direct path to achieving all of my objectives. It took me several months to reach goals that I was told would take 5 years to accomplish. I never looked back!!

     I took the same ideas that built my practice into other ventures…and they became successful too!!
